WordPress模板标签comment_form_title用于输出评论表单的标题，通常用在自定义评论模板中。

函数参数
$noreplytext
字符串值，默认值：Leave a Reply
在没有点击回复评论时显示的文本，默认为“发表评论”
$replytext
字符串值，默认值：Leave a Reply to {5cc1b29162d549a8071384de182cc9fc6e6a0fd85e7907f22fd9e18cff4269c3}s
如果点击了“回复”，则显示该文本，其中{5cc1b29162d549a8071384de182cc9fc6e6a0fd85e7907f22fd9e18cff4269c3}s为评论作者的名称
$linktoparent
布尔值，默认值：true
评论作者的名称是否带有一个指向该评论楼层的链接。
